Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

Whether you are coming to therapy for the first time or you have been in therapy for years, my caring, compassionate, down to earth approach will put you at ease. I have over 17 years of experience helping children, adolescents, families, and adults overcome life’s challenges and traumas. I have training in a number of different treatment approaches, so I can match my approach to your needs. I help children struggling with anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues; those dealing with transitions related to divorce, adoption, or the loss of a loved one; and those bravely overcoming the effects of abuse or neglect. I provide a safe, playful environment for children to heal. I also work with adults who are looking to change unhealthy patterns; those who are trying to recover from past trauma or those who are just trying to navigate some current life stressors. I am here to listen and to help.
